Some lessons Amodeo learned in childhood is to be careful what you say because you may hear people say things they don't want to hear often. This lesson arose when Amodeo overheard his parents talking about a close friend, Linda. Afterwards, Amodeo told Linda, which became a big decisive point between his parents and their friend. Amodeo learned to be careful about telling other people secrets. However, this doesn't mean you have to keep secrets or lie, but when you hear what someone else has to say, then you respect their privacy. Even so, Amodeo felt badly when people picked on others throughout school. Amodeo was fortunate enough to have charisma and wasn't left out as much as he might've otherwise been, but he learned very quickly to stand up to bullies, even if it was standing up for others.

A memorable family portrait accompanied by notable 70's style.
Another remarkable photograph of the Amodeo Family in the mid-to-late 70's.
Amodeo was 6 or 7 when his father was a manager at SkyBowl Lanes, a bowling and entertainment center in Orlando, FLA. It was late one night when a young puppy walked in, physically ill with knotted fur. That whole night, Amodeo nursed the puppy back to health and insisted on keeping the lost dog. Amodeo's parents were not keen to the idea, but Amodeo did not let up.
From that day on, all the way until Amodeo began law school, the dog lived happily and healthy in his family home. Astrology, named after the newly popular song, Age of Aquarius, was Amodeo's first, and certainly loved, pet. Along the way, Astrology gave birth, welcoming the runt of the litter, Gemini, to join the family.
At the young age of only 7 and 8 years old, Amodeo would go quite the distance for cool collectables. He would walk through orange grove fields and across railroad tracks, all to buy baseball cards from a local 7/11 convenience store.
Amodeo found a way to communicate and bond with his father through sports. Amodeo enjoyed playing as #60 in junior varsity football. Then, he started playing little league baseball at 8 years old, which was also the first year his father began coaching. It turned out, his father became a greater fan of little league sports than Amodeo himself, staying in the game for years.
In addition to Football, Amodeo played Baseball. Amodeo was part of Pine Castle's Major League Team, playing as second baseman. Here, Amodeo & his team received recognition for their game's record.
